SUPSKETCH collects nothing. There is no account, no server and no analytics. The app makes no network requests of its own: everything it needs is inside the app itself.
- Your gardens, your designer details and your settings are stored on your device only.
- Nothing is uploaded, shared or backed up by us. If you use iCloud device backups, your data is covered by Apple’s terms, not ours.
- The subscription is handled by Apple. We never see your name, payment details or Apple Account, and we receive no report of who subscribed.
- There is no advertising, no tracking and no third-party SDK in the app.
- Deleting the app deletes your gardens with it. Keep a printed or exported copy of anything you want to keep.

SUPSKETCH verzamelt niets. Er is geen account, geen server en geen statistiek. De app legt uit zichzelf geen enkele verbinding: alles wat ze nodig heeft, zit in de app zelf.
- Je tuinen, je ontwerpersgegevens en je instellingen staan alleen op je toestel.
- Wij sturen niets door, delen niets en bewaren geen kopie. Gebruik je iCloud-reservekopieën, dan gelden daarvoor de voorwaarden van Apple, niet die van ons.
- Het abonnement loopt via Apple. Wij zien je naam, je betaalgegevens of je Apple-account nooit, en krijgen geen lijst van wie abonnee is.
- Geen reclame, geen tracking, geen sdk van derden in de app.
- Verwijder je de app, dan verdwijnen je tuinen mee. Druk af of bewaar een kopie van wat je wil houden.

- Vos jardins, vos coordonnées et vos réglages restent sur votre appareil.
- Nous n’envoyons rien, ne partageons rien et ne gardons aucune copie. Si vous utilisez les sauvegardes iCloud, ce sont les conditions d’Apple qui s’appliquent.
- L’abonnement passe par Apple. Nous ne voyons jamais votre nom, vos données de paiement ni votre compte Apple.
- Aucune publicité, aucun pistage, aucun SDK tiers.
- Supprimer l’application supprime vos jardins. Imprimez ou exportez ce que vous souhaitez conserver.
